Cluttered House Clearance
A cluttered house clearance requires the property to be full from floor to ceiling in rubbish, junk, general house hold items, furniture etc
All of our house clearances will be completed on the same day
Verminous House Clearance A Verminous house clearance requires the property to be derelict, rodent infested, decomposing food or covered in human or animal waste
Notice Required We usually just require 2-3 days notice, we like to turn up at 9am on the day of our appointment. We can clear a standard 3 bedroom house in approx 3-4 hours.

"I was most happy when I phoned Scotland house clearance for a quote on clearing out my three bed roomed property that I let out to a terrible family last August. I then hired Scotland house clearance to clean the house that was left in a filthy state. The carpets were covered in dog urine and the furniture was smashed up, overall the property was left in a mess from the tenants. When the Scotland house clearance team arrived, they were very pleasant and very eager to clear the property. I also hired them to do an end of tenancy clean. The team have done an excellent job clearing and cleaning the property; they had no problem removing the carpets at no extra charge. The house was in such a state and thanks to Scotland house clearance it is now in perfect condition and ready to be let again. "Paul Davies - Antique Clearance"
"Scotland House Clearance turned up on time and evaluated many of the house hold items in the house that they say were antiques. This was very unexpected for my wife and me, as we did not know that these items were of any actual value. They identified things straight away and offered us a great price for the antiques. As we hired Scotland House Clearance for a full house clearance we were not expecting them to buy any of the antiques, they were a very honest and reliable company, they could have cleared the house and taken the antiques without telling us they were of any value. Instead they took the value of the antiques off the total cost of the clearance. My wife and myself were both very impressed with the knowledge shown on the day and the amount deducted from the initial price. I would never hesitate to recommend Scotland House Clearance to anyone, they are such a reliable and honest company, I cannot fault them in any way, they have made me and my wife very very happy, best wishes"

"I could not have asked for a better clearing service from such a professional company. Scotland house clearance were utterly fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Scotland house clearance enough to anyone in need of a clearance. There was not a single scratch on the walls after trailing heavy furniture through the house, leaving the old house in good order and ready to sell. This clearance was not easy as there was a narrow winding staircase. Property clearance is a painful and stressful experience, but the guys from Scotland house clearance really made it easy. "2 Bedroom property in Aberdeen"
"What a fantastic job Scotland House Clearance has done helping me and my family clear a late relatives two bedroom apartment in Aberdeen. After making a call to Scotland House Clearance, they agreed to clear the apartment of short notice after another company cancelled on me last minute. The team of three arrived on schedule on the morning and were very polite, friendly and eager to help. They had no problems what so ever when clearing the apartment and did not stop until the job was complete.
