Business Profile

I started my business in June 2014 and since then it has gone from strength to strength. Originally set up to service a ' direct ' market, it has changed to a ' white label ' service for other courier companies. Major customers include Speedlink, Courier Expert, Royal Mail Same Day and countless smaller companies all over the UK. Although my main work is for other companies I can still be booked directly (subject to availability). However it must be pointed out that I have no real desire to develop an individual & direct customer base, that way I cant let you down if I'm already working for another valued customer. I operate a well maintained Citroen Nemo van which is covered by all the necessary insurances, including £10000 Goods In Transit and £2000000 Public Liability Insurance. I generally only work with ' dedicated ' loads that go from A - B but I am also experienced with small multi drop work too. Having a previous operations background I fully understand the needs aviation, telecoms and medical customers who need their items taken from A - B in the quickest time possible and always try to give the speediest delivery possible. I have excellent customer service skills and I'm not afraid to use my own initiative to get the job done, but always maintaining the professionalism and image of your company and that of your customers. Welcome Hi, I am an independent courier based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I have been working as a sub contractor for a many large courier companies since Feb 2014 where I have successfully delivered items the up and down the UK from passports to boxes to rolls of fabric, I'm happy to carry anything anywhere.. Prior to this I have been heavily involved in telecoms and broadcasting with a great deal of customer care experience included. Therefore I understand the need for small, high value items to be cared for but also to be picked up and delivered on time. I also have excellent customer care skills and I would treat any customer in the exactly the way I would expect to be treated, that is with a smile, with honesty and I keep my promises. Lastly, your package, what ever it may be, wherever it's going, will be looked after like it's my own, you can trust me on that.

I drive a new Renault Traffic SWB. I have up to 50k Goods In Transit Insurance and my van is fully fitted with a Thatcham Cat 1 alarm and immobiliser. It also has Thatcham approved slam lock on both side and rear doors, which along with the full bulkhead make the loading space very secure indeed.
